All Residence PDN serviced apartments are spacious two bedroom apartments (40-60 square meters) equipped with a kitchenette with a window, a living room, and a master bedroom, which makes our guest feeling at home.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with pots, cutlery, plates etc. and gives our guest the possibility to cook a nice meal and store groceries in the fridge.
Each serviced apartment has been furnished with care and a nice colourful touch, which makes each flat unique and comfortable.
The living room allows our guest to have an extra space compared to a hotel room, where to relax, watch our Satellite TV Channels or work.
The friendliness of our staff, which makes us most proud of, along with additional common areas, overlooking a quiet urban garden, together with a dedicated snack area and a laundry room allow guests to enjoy Residence PDN’s services with maximum privacy in order to appreciate their stay in Milan to the fullest.
The atmosphere that you breathe at Residence PDN Milan reminds you of home more than a hotel room, without the typical troubles of renting an apartment such as utility bills, council taxes or building management fees.
It ensures greater security during booking and more flexibility and choice in terms of payment methods as well as a considerable savings compared to an hotel, thanks to our weekly and monthly offers.
Our staff is pleased to welcome our guest and provide more insights on Milan, its transportation system (Metro; Bus; Bike Sharing; Car Sharing etc.), or any other suggestion on what to visit, where to eat all across the city and in particular in the NoLo neighbourhood, where Residence PDN is located, just few steps away from Casoretto Abbey, Città Studi and Piazzale Loreto.
Our reception is also available for letters pick-up, parcels, and food deliveries.
We keep our website and socials up to date with the latest information on what’s on in Milano, so feel free to visit them to get updates on events, exhibitions, concerts in the city in order to experience Milan and everything it has to offer at its best.
