Opening of the local market in Piazza Fusina

In the attempt to redevelop the covered markets of Milan there is also that of Piazza Fusina, in the Città Studi district. A space born in 1947 but gradually left into disuse, until, a few years ago, the Municipality of Milan undertook a project to bring this and other local realities back to life.

The Fusina Market is therefore reborn, embellished with Cristian Sonda’s murals, offering new activities, which not only offer a food bank but also offer catering services. Such as the Bega Fish shop, which offers seafood gastronomy dishes, the Acquabella bistro and the Pinoy Butcher’s shop, which also offers traditional Filipino cuts and dishes.
