The project was born from the ashes of the De Montel stable, an Art Nouveau jewel created between the 1920s and 1930s by Giuseppe De Montel, an entrepreneur in the silk industry.
The stable, already sold between the two wars and then in a severe state of decay, was proposed in 2017 for the international “Reinventing cities” programme for the transformation and urban regeneration of unused sites, which thus gave it a new look and new life.
